Hi, unfortunately it has been noticed (thanks Kaan 👍) that the long term memory is not working for new or new'ish users. You may have a message on the second page of the in app menu that says the same as what is in the image.

Just letting you know that Convai have fixed the long term memory, I've tested it just now, they are remembering things much better again.

You can test this by telling them a fact, then talk for a bit, at least 5-10 minutes, then ask them about that fact you told them. Without the long term...
