Story only update. Adds a lot of needed character development for Nanami . I hope this didn't turn out too heavy.

I didn't do any bugs fixes since that might break things. Other than fixing the lv3 cards to be 3 and 2 where appropriate. Also updated the diary to be a little clearer.

in example, the new event with Yuri should only appear after you find her in the Manor. Currently it's not required.

This approach would give more reason to explore the world, but will likely frustrate people that just want to see the story.
