Nashor buffs helps mordekaiser use the item quite a bit IMO

Theres really nothing else to say this patch for support...
I will move lulu up a tier because buffs to jinx and vayne makes lulu better and nerfs to yuumi makes lulu the better enchanter for alot of adcs.

ashe is nerfed more for adc than its buffed, the W and especially R nerf matters alot more than Q duration change.
Jinx up 2 tiers, nerfs to lane bullies like cait and ashe, and shift in botlane meta, thresh being alot better ...
aatrox still sucks imo, alot of bad matchups, antiheal is strong etc, these buffs dont fix much, if anything.

Mainly this patch hurts champions like Elise Nunu Reksai type of champions, champs that relies on XP from lanes as they want to spam gank, and they tend to not clear many camps so the extra Gold gain doesnt benefit them as much, this was my theory before changes were made, and the winrate changes...
