Galio buffs are nice, but smaller than it might seem, wont be s+.
Veigar down a tier, matchups like zed are alot harder, mage matchups are the same basically, will be a very good champ some games.
nashor tooth change doesnt help any mids to the point where they go up a tier, it is better on fizz, ekko. Worse on katarina.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable
