New Gameplay Trailer
Added 2024-03-02 14:18:34 +0000 UTCHey folks! Thought you might enjoy a look at a new gameplay trailer I put together for MetalMercs. Just to be clear, this isn't a trailer for the new upcoming Expedition and so I'm not showing off new gameplay here, this is showing off existing gameplay. Really, I'm hoping to do a bit better job trying to promote MetalMercs in the coming months and one thing it hasn't had to date is a real trailer.
So here's my first stab at a trailer! If you have any constructive feedback, positive or negative, I'm always open. Feel free to leave your thoughts here or in the discord.

Yeah good call. I think maybe calling this a teaser even might be more appropriate. My thinking was a very short video to show the game off and get people curious to learn more. Because you're right, it kinda throws a lot at you without explanation by itself

I think pairing this with a video that goes over the game premise and includes pans of some of that sweet concept art for the factions would be perfect.

2024-03-02 14:54:36 +0000 UTCThis is rad! Nice work. Only suggestion I have would be text overlays that define gameplay specifics: “Recruit pilots”, “Customize your mechs”, “Negotiate contracts”, etc and end with a catchy tagline like “Battle is your business… and business is booming!”
