Smooth!

Not exactly an essential or game changing feature but a small touch that I think the game has sorely needed. Something about being able to actually smoothly scroll through lists makes them much easier to sift through I think!
I would've added this feature a long time ago but when I originally designed the game I foolishly didn't use any libraries for my GUI interface and as a result, I had to code this stuff all manually. And let me tell you, it's a PAIN to add smooth scrolling to lists that were never designed to do it. And even more painful to go digging back into code I wrote a few years ago. Messy, inefficient, and ugly. Get in and get out I say haha. Anyway, that's all for now. Smooth scrolling to appear in the next major release down the line, yay!
