I found that my inability to relax has been a major issue with my journey with hypnosis. I don't remember a time during my adult life where anything is ever relaxing. Having brain fog constantly because of chronic insomnia doesn't help matters. And apart from all the other stuff, complexities that is happening inside of my brain, I also have problems with alertness, focus, concentration and difficulty performing tasks that require logical reasoning or complex thought. In hypnosis my mind is totally illogical when it comes to fractionation. It knows it will make trance deeper, but my mind thinks, no, it doesn't want to wake, despite knowing that doesn't make sense. That's a pretty good example of illogical reasoning :) I have listened to this a few times, and there's nothing more i would like than to feel peaceful, empty and mindless a lot more than usual, especially on days like today when i don't feel great, insomnia plays havoc with my mind body and immune responses and today my tonsils are sore...😢 And it's difficult for me after listening to an intense file of a certain nature for the body to recover. It can take a few days:) Although i admit, i didn't exactly behave myself the last time. ;) I tried meditation with another hypnotist before listening to you, but my mind was far too distracted, busy, frustrated and body restless. However although i still have problems, believe me when i say my mind was 1000 times worse then than it is now since finding Nimja Hypnosis. Multitasking isn't my strong part either with tiredness, opening my eyes and breathing isn't the easiest thing in the world to do at the same time...i was a bit too floppy and feeling drained, and my attention span almost non-existent :) But because of all of the above, hypnosis plays a big part and why your brand of hypnosis in particular is important to me and any peace quietness i find is so very welcome and much needed however fleeting. Mindless still needs a little more work on my part...There are so many things in hypnosis i would like to achieve/experience while my body is still reasonably able. Hmm, sighs, what i wouldn't give for just one night of eight hours sleep.😴 I appreciate the intended effect of the file and my mind found some peace and rest. Thank you Sir. ❤️
