In the comics the Kingpin had no powers, but was 400 ilbs of muscle that made him look fat so he was decpetivly strong, but not superhuman levels

Kingpin doesn't have special powers other than being strong AF. This Daredevil isn't in this timeline. So this Fisk is no relation really to Daredevil Fisk other than name and actor. Possibly a variant if you will. As others have said, Clint's wife was in Shield, and it was her watch. You will learn more about Fisk and his background in Daredevil.
