Commission: Horse and Reshiram TFs complete

The completed versions of these single step TFs I did for DeltaPyro and Nephys. Both had their own little quirks, but also showed the benefit of having good refs to help speed things along, especially when working with original characters like Smiley in the Reshiram TF.
