Her name was originally "Halley the comet" buuuut didn't believe that Halley suited her. So here is PEME (P-eh-m-eh)! And original character for the celestial Ring series! He backstory? she's a comet yes yes but also a sorta Mail Carrier who delievers everyone's mail around the solar system lol. I like the idea!
