The actress playing Carmen actually dated Keenen Ivory Wayans for 7 years (I thought they were married until I just now looked it up). One of her more memorable roles would be from Rampage: The Hillside Strangler Murders. She's definitely post-op there.

2021-02-01 03:38:50 +0000 UTCthe episode is written and directed by Rob McElhenney (aka Mac in the show) the whole opener where charlie tells dennis that he has cancer and dennis acts awkward came to Rob as a dream or just an imagined it i'm not sure but he wrote the pilot and asked his friends Glen and Charlie (aka Dennis and Charlie) to act in it as a sketch and then things took off from there to the longest running comedy series!! So basically Rob is the boss and he does everything and he is involved in the writing for EVERY episode that's why you see his name a lot in the opening credit. Rob and Kaitlin (aka Mac and Dee) are also married irl and been together since season 2. Rob is a comedy genius but he's not in the spotlight a lot. He has another comedy show with apple tv about a video game company its also good.
