3 types of haki has been shown so far. 1) Conqueror's (color of supreme king) with Luffy, Doffy (in punk hazard), Chinjao,.... 2) Armament/hardening (for both offense and defense as explained by Rayleigh in Luffy's 2 year training which is what we're seeing here). 3) Observation Haki ( also Rayleigh taught Luffy back then)

In this case it's Armorment Haki that you guys are seeing. You saw it with Chinjao when he did Armorment Haki with his head in this arc. You saw Vergo do full body Armorment haki in the last arc. Anytime you see that dark covering like that it's a demonstration of it. It's just that some people uses it in different ways like what Sabo did.
