I know nothing about flying, so I wondered why you kept landing on the airstrip and then taking off again. After a short search of "touch & go", I figured you were practicing landing. Should've known that without searching, though!
The radio was very difficult to understand for some reason. Maybe it's the background noise, or the fact that almost everyone speaks Japanglish. It's also possible my ear isn't quite so trained for this kind of communication! The information is spoken so quickly! Probably a combination of everything.
Really cool views from up there! Funny, how usually large entities get small once you get high enough. I also found it interesting, how you could tell where the temples are located, since they are always surrounded by a patch of trees.
It's a completely different world up there! Thanks for taking me!

I started flying ultralight aircraft my buddy owned, 25 years ago. He was an instructor. Then, bit by bit, I worked up to a GA license and then eventually a commercial license. A bit at a time, Cost less than a smoking or drinking habit. Now, I only spend a bit every year flying 3-4 times maybe. I want one of those special donkeys, Oscar!
