Hello! I decided to include all the important info here about my Sticker Club 🌱
🌱Important dates:🌱
EDIT: This is an APPROXIMATE timeline of what to expect when joining my Patreon! Rewards and posts differ slightly on a monthly basis
🌱 1st of the Month:
- You will be charged for the new month!
- Sticker Club Designs are released!
🌱 2nd of the Month:
- Jumbo Sprouts (and higher!) Patreon Illustration YCH releases!
🌱 3rd of the Month:
- Head in the Clouds (and higher!) Patreon Telegram Sticker YCH releases!
🌱 15th of the Month:
- A reminder for everyone in Jumbo Sprouts and higher tiers to submit their character references before the deadline.
🌱 18th of the Month:
- Deadline for ALL YCH references to be submitted!
NOTE: If you somehow missed the deadline due to a mishap, please reach out to me ASAP!
🌱 A Week before the end of the Month:
- I'll share the preview of next Month Sticker Club so you decide if you want to remain or change/cancel your subscription
Ex: 24th of August I'll share the preview of September rewards
🌱 Last week of the Month:
- I'm going to ship the packages of the current Month
Ex: 30th of August I'm going to ship August rewards
🌱 Last day of the Month:
- Last call to unsubscribe / change your Tier before being charged for the new Month
Refund policy: I will not refund your subscription since it's up to you to cancel it or change it!

🌱PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
How exactly does this work?
When you pledge to the specific tier you'd like to join, you will be charged immediately, and then you will be charged again automatically on the 1st of the Month until you modify or delete your pledge.
You can choose to move up or down tiers at any time; if you do so, you will be charged the difference if the pledge is increased and will not be refunded if you move down a tier. You will keep access to new posts for the entire month regardless of when you delete your pledge.
When will my package ship out?
Typically mail club tiers are shipped either at the end of the current month or the very beginning of the following Month. So, January's rewards will be sent within the last couple of days of January OR the first few days of February.
At this time, I cannot provide accurate estimates for how long it will take to be delivered to you.
Will I get a tracking number?
For paper & sticker goods, if you pledge to the US tiers, you will not get a tracking number. They will be shipped using a stamp, and once I send them, there's not much more I can do. *This is in order to keep shipping costs and patron tiers low!*
What if I cancel my pledge before the end of the Month?
As long as your payment has been processed for that month, you will receive the physical items in the mail and keep access to all Patreon benefits until the next Month!
I live in the UK! Can I still pledge?
Yes! Patreon takes care of the VAT taxes, so fulfilling physical rewards is no problem.
🌱 HOW TO PLEDGE
I want a specific month's reward. How do I get them?
Each Month's theme will be exclusive to that particular Month. You can pledge anytime from the 1st until the last day of the Month to receive the physical rewards!
My card was initially declined. Will I still be getting the rewards?
Yes! As long as your payment is processed by the end of the Month, you will receive that Month's rewards.
Am I obligated to stay in a tier once I join?
No! Feel free to change which tier you're in as much as you'd like to get the rewards you want!
You just posted next Month's rewards, and I want to change which tier I'm in; when should I change tiers?
Due to having immediate charge, when you change tiers depends on what is being changed:
I want to lower my pledge ➡️ change before the 1st of the Month
- ex: going from the Blooming Sprouts tier to the Junior Sprouts tier
I want to raise my pledge ➡️ change after the 1st of the Month
- ex: going from a Junior Sprouts tier to the Blooming Sprouts tier
Only increase the pledge before the 1st of the Month if you want to secure a spot in that tier!
Please keep in mind I won't be able to refund the difference if you don't delete/lower your pledge before it processes. I also won't be able to refund you if you raise your pledge before you meant to, and you will receive the highest amount tier you pledged for that Month.
🌱 SHIPMENT ISSUES
My package is missing/arrived damaged!
I'm sorry there was an issue during shipment! I can offer to send you a replacement package for a discounted rate (if any of those items are out of stock, I can work with you on how to resolve it case by case).
Current replacement costs are only available to those who paid the initial tier fee.
Stickers only: US $2.50 / Intl $4
Stickers and print: US $5 / Intl $6.50
My package is missing an item!
Oh no! If I forgot to include anything in the package, please get in touch with me via email or Discord, and I will include it in your next package if you're still a patron or send it free of charge if you've deleted your pledge after that Month (Intl may need to pay a shipping fee).
🌱 MISCELLANEOUS
I'd like to have a former Patreon YCH/sticker done. Do you do former ones? Or once the Month is over, is it gone forever?
I do take former Patreon YCH/Sticker requests! Although I do need payment upfront to draw them. Here are my prices listed down below!⤵️

If I'm in a higher tier, can I also redeem a lower tier's art rewards?
Yes, you can! That's what paying for a higher tier is supposed to get you! As long as you redeem before the deadline, you shall get your art!
I was a former patron and want to come back, but the tier I want to join is full!
