(Your choice to read this on air or not, but thank you either way for listening.) Hi Jones. Congratulations on beginning year 3 of the great Easy Allies adventure. I wanted to fly down for the EZA Anniversary festivities this past week but ultimately my work did not allow it. However the truth is that is only part of the reason for my absence. In terms of the anniversary's event planning I have 2 issues with how the information was presented prior to the week's events. 1, many of the major details of the Sunday concert were not known until a few weeks before the even including the date, time and location. ...And 2, the following days events of the Meet Up were not known at all until the middle of the week before, and I am truly remiss for missing that and finally meeting you all. I don't mean to be a prickly pear, but people like myself with jobs, family responsibilities and other life factors need more time to properly organize a multi day trip. I am only in the San Francisco Bay Area- but I still need enough notice to secure the time, flight plan and hotel reservations for at least a two night stay for myself and possibly my wife. I know you guys are always super busy constantly putting out great content, but a little more structure in event planning would have been really helpful and most likely adjusted my schedule to come down. I hope in the future when planning any events for the Easy Allies that more time & information will be secured and presented as early as possible- At least 8 weeks in advance. I don't mean to sound or be demanding, I have only love & respect for your all efforts. However I wanted to be honest, and share my thoughts that will hopefully improve and expand the Easy Allies. Perhaps even one day you will come to the Bay Area, now that would awesome. All the Love & Respect in the world. - longriflejack
