I'm going to post the first part of a story about two old friends on a drive through the desert either later today or tomorrow, and the second part of it on Friday. I wrote it about a year ago. I've been enjoying writing and posting more in/of-the-moment stuff on here, but I still have a bunch of older stuff I need to get out, and parsing it out as a mid-week bonus post seems like a good idea.
Other than that I've been working on a story called "How to Cheat in an Open Relationship" (cheating is a big turn on for me). And I've been playing with themes of MAGA/republican play, but they're so fraught that I don't know if I'll ever put them out...it's more just for myself, to work out those fantasies.
This isolation shit is getting to me, more than ever. I miss our old lives. I want to be out amongst people in the nice weather. I'm grieving a little. But I'm okay.
