Recent Collages and Update

Hey yinz. Been a while since I posted an update. Above are some collages I made recently. All my collages are just paper and glue, presented here with minimal digital manipulation.

I've been writing daily, but it's been going in some interesting directions. I wrote my first horror story last week - a short, simple thing that nevertheless gave me anxiety as I wrote it, which I think is a good sign. For years I've had the idea for it, so it was satisfying to finally get it down. I submitted it to a horror fiction website and we'll see if they post it; in any case I'll post it here eventually.

I've mentioned the novel I half-finished when I was living in Tennessee, my "incest opus." I still have ambitions of finishing it, and I feel like I'm getting closer to realizing those. It will have to be my sole focus for a while and, to that end, I'm going through old stuff on my hard drive to find unpublished, finished material to share with yinz.

In the past I've posted stories in multiple parts so as to share material as I complete it, but given that most of the stuff I'm putting out in the next couple months is finished work, I'll probably post full stories and then skip a week or two. Put another way: expect fewer updates in the next couple months, but longer stories.

This Friday: a sci-fi sex story that I wrote a couple years ago...and completely forgot about.
