I think I'm going to scrap it

So I’ve been working on the new population system and I’ve kind of decided that is overly complex and I don’t think it would add anything of real value to the game play, so I think I’m just going to scrap it for the time being, maybe down the line I’ll change my mind, but for now I’m just scraping it.
