Major issues!
Added 2024-12-08 04:39:29 +0000 UTCHello everyone! So, a major issue has been brought to my attention; the game is fundamentally unstable. By this I mean the code making up a lot of the structure of Queen Sized is outdated, poorly coded, broken and taped back together or just doesn't work.
I've been thinking about it, and this is something that was considered a year ago, and I think I might be easier to reprogram the game rather than trying to patch it together. However, this would lead to a total stop on all update for at least a few months and maybe even up to a year depending on how fast I can reprogram the game.
On the other side of things continuing to try to fix the game would lead to issues, for example the reworking on the intro and adding the custom starts broke the game and I don't know why.
There is also a third option that my artist suggested; Start a new game and put Queen Sized to rest.
I'm not really sure what I want to do, I could keep working on it as is or I could reprogram it, but I also see the appeal of starting a new game. I've been working on Queen Sized for 2, almost 3 years, and maybe it is time to put this game to rest. But on the other other hand I still have lots of ideas and wants for this game so maybe I should keep working on it.
I want to know what you guys think about all this, what do you think I should do here.
