Yoko Taro's games has always been connected, whether or not it's shown or said obviously in-game. Drakengard/Drag-on Dragoon on the playstation 2, leading up to Nier Replicant, and possibly to Drakengard 3 (disregard Drakengard 2 but it's in it's own timeline but fun nonetheless) to a cycle and somehow leading to Nier Automata.... it hurts my head whenever I think the pieces go.

2023-02-27 20:31:43 +0000 UTCI do want to say that nier replicant is 100% a prequel and the game this show is based off is the sequel to that series, Javon may have missed a bunch of key information through text logs in the later half of the game but I just wanted to make clear that the games have always been tied together it's not something they're just doing for the show, great reaction as always !
