2024-10-06 15:44:21 +0000 UTCThink you have the specials coming up soon, part of series 2, where I think the ‘opposition’ make their introduction, so the Minister played by Chris Langham and the ‘spin doctor’ Malcolm tucker, it’s never stated but they are clearly meant to be the Labour Party, King Boomer. Soon the other side are seen in the show, with the brilliant Roger Allam, and those guys are meant to be the Conservatives/ Tories. Roger Allam is excellent in thick of it also.

2024-10-06 09:17:46 +0000 UTCIf I had to give a serious answer I would say that, based on the issue of consent, it becomes a question of whether one has the mental capacity to consent in the first place, this is why it is always considered rape when it comes to children right? So I would apply that logic to animals and say that, yes, you can 'rape' a dog, whether it enjoys it or not. (<- Joke...kinda)

I'm not sure if they explain what it is, in context,, further in the episode, but it's basically the government either partly or wholly restaffing the department heads (ie education, military, healthcare, etc). Something they do when the government is under a lot of scrutiny for failures... so basically all the time.
