Elysium Chapter 32

So instead, I wrote, verrrrrrrrry, verrrrrrrrrry slowly. I still need to do the dev epilogue, but that can wait for me to be somewhat coherent again.
I have no idea how rough this chapter is. Math and Jay Tired brain don't mix well. I also need to figure out what the big city name is, wheeeeeeeeeee. I need it to be good and brain don't want to brain to figure it out just yet, so hey. Blank space for the win, yes?
