It occurs when you loop after all 3 endings have been unlocked. Now just need to fix the Free Play mode.
Also, here's the censored version. I've went with the patch approach. Or DLC if Steam allows it.
But there were people that actually asked if there was a way to disable birth. Can you believe that? Well here it.

Xrays are disabled, birth scenes fade to black and nudity is covered up with lingerie. This had the side effects of Kari's see through nipples being hidden, since it relies on there not being a bra.

2024-09-20 06:47:44 +0000 UTCThe head appears as well. It's a red herring. Makes puzzles more interesting since the player might take extra items into consideration. Otherwise you immediately know that any item you have is used for a puzzle.
