No huge changes.
I gave the visor a slightly larger footprint touching the bed to minimize failures especially on smaller prints. I also tweaked the eyes one last time. First they were too big, then they were too small, now they are juuust right.

Printed a bunch of the guys at 50% for my son's class. On the Bambu, 3 colors, .16 layer height, 15% infill. Took about an hour per heart (15 on the plate).
They stand well and printed beautifully!

Y'all...thanks to some garbage pla and a fan going out, this character took forever to print! After two failed attempts at about 90%, he finally made it through.

So...the multicolored version is taking a bit longer to print than anticipated, thanks to some garbage filament. But I have beefed up the joints and it has been thoroughly test printed :)
