In this video - I finish the drop drums, adjust groove elements, and start layering in more EFX and "Sully Staples" - at this point the drop usually feels like it can start writing itself.
Onto sound design in the next video!
In this video we start the heartbeat of the drop AKA the drums and get into some extra arrangement and efx decisions!
This section will be 2-3 parts as there is a lot of meat in the drums!
This video really helps us step into the full flow of the track - onto the drop next!

Details are in the title! This part of making a song can definitely take a long time given all the fine little details. I cut out all the fluff I could in this video as it's a lot of trying to find the right sounds/drums to carry energy.

I think this is the best production stream to date for the Patreon.
Call and response/sound design came together really nicely on this one as well as a lot of the subtle background elements you hear in HQ tracks.
