It's been a busy day in the code mines. I did a lot of coding for less-complicated stuff, and also some work on the NPC generator. It's very nearly done for this stage of development, which leaves some of the more basic things associated with calling/using NPCs.

Quick update, the checkbox to enable race distribution settings was missing, so I added that back in. Also made a tweak to the education chain that should improve the rate of advanced degrees.
