The Constitution Class Heavy Cruiser!

I think this shows really well the difference between 1:100 and 1:25 scale! The 2 years of test model work is really giving me an awesome foundation to boldly go into these builds of the entire ship. Loving every second of it!

Deck 4 of the teardrop

Today's work, deck 4 of the teardrop. Some tricky angles here but I worked it out. The shots show Kirk, Spock and Mr Scott exiting the turbolift on deck 4. Over the course of the next week the 'wing' structures will be taken off so I can strengthen the core and also strengthen the wing structures...

Eight hours!

Fantastic work time on the saucer today. Placed rough tests of the transporters onto deck 7 and love the perspective it gives me of the overall build. This is going to be one complex build and I'm loving every second of it. Thanks for believing with me! Our ship is on its way!

Working on the 1:100 scale schematic and began the core structure of the saucer today! It really is the best job in the world, specially when I have 300 signed up crewmembers behind me. It's happening!
