Added 2023-04-23 15:45:45 +0000 UTCSo sorry for the silence everyone. Who would of thought developing a video game in VAM as just one person would be a huge undertaking. Certainly not me! When I thought I was 85% done with the scene I was actually more like 50%. There were plenty of game bugs to squash and the process of linking all the elements together was way more time consuming than I anticipated, and at times a real headache. This scene involves thousands of triggers and keeping track of them all... my head still hurts. Good news though! I got a few things for you to look forward to:
- The scene is pretty much complete and I just need to package it up and make a trailer. Shooting for a Tuesday release!
- This is my biggest scene yet! There is way more functionality, triggers and animations than even TSZ.
- I spent a ton of time optimizing this scene so even though it is much bigger than TSZ it loads faster!
There is so much more to say about this scene but we are very close to release and I'll be documenting all the features then. Sorry to deliver this block of text when I'm sure you itching for content. It is coming!!! Thanks again for your interest and support!
