Added "New Ins" button to instrument widget. When pressed, the user must choose a sound category, then a blank instrument is selected.

Making instruments unique replaced all instruments with zeroes in patterns
Instrument loop settings not saved to file
Clip Matrix: Select button toggles row continue mode (forgot to document previously)
