I used the app MagicPoser to pose the 3D models as a reference, and the rest of the work is made entirely on CorelDraw.
Oh, and I work only with the mouse and keyboard if anyone has ever wondered about it. :)

Unfortunately, I don't know of any tutorials, but I'm sure you can find them easily nowadays. :) Back when I started learning CorelDraw(more than a decade ago), I didn't have internet access. A teacher of mine gave me a CD with the program and so I learn it on my own. Of course, I wouldn't recommend you get into a software without seeing some tutorials previously. Learning on your own takes too much time, so it isn't the most optimal way of doing it. I would maybe recommend you learn the basics on paper and pencil, and then move to digital art if you desire. :)
