Transformation Sequence Suggestions for May

It can be a realistic transformation(with hormones, surgeries, etc), a magical transformation, or a sci-fi transformation(mechanical arms, etc). Just remember that the character involved needs to be +18.
You have until May, 10 to leave your idea below. A poll will decide the winner.

Plus points for being hypnotized/conditioned by it.
