Great reaction, the picking of the feet in Poughkeepsie line is from the real Popeye Doyle. He would say that to suspects to throw them off balance while interrogating them, the real popeye and his partner Sonny acted in this film as well, Popeye played the captain and Sonny played one of the other detectives. The car chase scene is infamous because they actually drove a car through NYC streets going 65mph with little to no permits, the director William Freidkin said he'd never make movies like that if he was making movies today cause of the danger. He made a couple more with famous chase/dangerous car scenes movies in the 70s and 80s, Sorcerer and To Live and Die in L.A. Both those movies are exciting nail biters too that I recommend. Can't wait to see what you're going to put on YouTube cause this was a fun reaction.
