First Time Watching Saw!!!

That’s so great to hear! Watching films can be so lonely without someone to talk to about them, so J is a godsend for me! I’m glad he is for you too!! I’m looking forward to the Saw 2 reaction SO MUCH!!!!!!!! I’m rewatching Stranger Things reactions in the meantime, and don’t even ask how many times I’ve watched the Saw one too 🤣 Have you seen them all? J is in for some sleepless nights, and we are in for a lot of laughs…..sorry J! ♥️ The Saw reaction was hilarious though. I’ve never watched any reactor as naturally hilarious with his quick wit as J! His comments are so funny, and the ‘shut the f*&k up’s and ‘shut up’s are the best. The anniversary episode was a delight! Thanks for your comment Big Frank. It’s lovely to hear from someone else who J helps so much.x

OK - this one moves into my top 5. Somehow JL makes this dark, disturbing movie absolutely hilarious. I love horror, but torture porn is at the bottom of my subgenre list. I do love the first one, though. The most disgusting whodunnit of all time (maybe tied with Se7en). And I’d cut off my OWN HEAD if it would get me out of that Detroit bathroom. 🤮

Just saying that Midsommar is fun for the whole family and also it's springtime so hey why not.

Yeah you gotta do them all, the storyline is not linear with the movies, everything is intertwined (kinda like the Malazan Book of the Fallen series, if you're into fantasy & books).

I never saw Saw...I own 300(+?) horror DVDs, but it always looked too <i>yuck</i> for my tastes.<p>That said...I look forward to watching the edit with y'all. Might be a good time with what I expect is an ugly "film".</p>

Oh, J. You poor thing. I don't know how you made it through this one. I haven't seen this since it came out 20 years ago, and I had forgotten how jarring it is. (And YES, that young guy looks like Ezra Miller! I kept thinking he same thing every time he was on screen.) That bathroom is one of the most revolting scenes ever designed for a movie. GROSS. I didn't know that someone could jump and pinch their balls. (A new way a movie can be painful to watch.) I hope the boys are better now. Thank you for the reaction (and thank you, Blank, for the movie!). Only J could make a movie this f***ed up so funny to watch. :)

J….every reaction I watch I’m literally laughing and saying to the screen how much I love you and your natural humour. Seriously….you could be a comedian, it just oozes out of you. Thank you for making me laugh so much…personally, you have no idea how much your videos help me! And I’m guessing you do so much for other people’s mental health too. Oh no, poor JL! 😆I love all things horror but tried to revisit this movie last year and had to turn it off. I hadn’t seen it since I was in my early 20s and watching now as a parent was too much. I can handle all the adult content but the parts with the kid were really difficult to watch. I guess I’ve grown soft in my older age. 😆 That being said, I remember enough of the movie to just watch along with JLs commentary. That should be fun! If JL can handle Saw, I wonder what he’d think of Terrifier and Terrifier 2! Those are some great ones! 😄

J, I just got done watching your reaction and man that's the best reaction yet! Sorry, but not sorry, I was rolling on the floor laughing. I just couldn't help it. ;) J, you were asking who wrote this film, well it was James Wan and get this, he is the director of the Aquaman films. He got his start with Saw franchise and has done a bunch more horror (Conjuring, Insidious, Megan, etc.). Blank, how much laughter happened your way when you were editing this?
