I get how serious this is and know it is not to be taken lightly. I will get the prayer warriors at my church in Louisville to keep her in mind, as well as do the same myself. I trust what you say that she'll be okay but it still has to worry you I know. My mom's 85 she was a nurse all her life worked on her feet all the time and now she can barely walk. There's no telling what our mom's there had to do for all of us. I'm sure glad I had the one I did and I'm sure you're glad you had the one you did. She sound like a really good mom and a hell of a good person. Peace and love brother.

I know you know that too. The greatest gift you can give her is the gift of you, smiles on her face, surprise visits, and all her favorite foods! I lost my mom to cancer 2 years ago, 66 years young. Read The Hobbit and LoTR multiple times by the late '90s, when I was a teenager. Hell, I even read The Silmarilion. I've ALWAYS known and thought it to be weed. One thing I found out with all of that is it doesn’t matter which state we’re in but our state of mind. When youre all settled, take some time to breathe and relax. You’re a good man and deserve it.

Biggest thing is to just support her, keep her smiling/laughing, and always let her know you love her and that she is the best! I have worked with cancer patients in the past, and the ones who have the best outcome are the ones who laugh a lot. Many of them watch comedies or stand up comedians they like and the laughter does something real. I think it releases a chemical in the brain/body that helps fight the cancer. A lot of them went into remission. It's not a cure-all but it does help. They always say Laughter is the best medicine and I truly believe it. Please let her know we are all thinking about her and we all care. Big virtual hugs to Mama Whistle and to you as well brother J !!

2023-07-15 02:30:00 +0000 UTCI will put your mom on the prayer list at church, I have myself healed of nerve damage after a 4-wheeler accident the entire top of my head was numb permanently the DR said. Three weeks later I was laying in bed and while I was praying. For the first time in my life, I physically felt the power of Jesus Christ touch me. That's the only name that works. It felt like someone was pouring hot olive oil over me but it did not burn, and there was a peace beyond words. The same thing happened the next 2 nights and I was healed and I never had any pain at all. He heals solely because of his Mercy, there is nothing we can do to earn it , and none of us deserve it but he does it because of what he did on the cross. It is mercy, and grace a gift. I am also fortunate in another way with my grandmother, my Pentecostal tongue-talking grandmother who knew that still small voice, was 60 miles away about to go out and mow the yard , heard that voice say go get on the floor and start praying someone is in need of prayer, She obeyed, she was already in the floor praying before i got on the 4wheeler i was backing it off a truck and when the back tires hit the ground it came over backward. If my GM wasn't praying i would be dead instead of just scalped and i don't think i was ready it might have been worse than death. But God answers prayer, maybe one of those old songs like the anchor holds while praying. my grandmother was also a preacher and teacher. and even if he doesn't remove it he can render it harmless. I know of a man with a glass eye when God healed him he could see with the glass eye, he could also take the eye out and see with the empty socket. an old country preacher named RW Schambach told me that story. Any time i comment on something like this I am always going to stay scripturally sound, even if it might not be easy to hear and even ruffle feathers. By his stripes, we are healed.

I always say Id rather sweat than freeze, but times like this, I want to revert that statement. And Im a fan of thinking it was regular weed too. Its funnier that way. Sorry to hear about your Moms. But awesomely proud at the same time. My Moms is a warrior too. All that she had to deal with when I was growing up. And same that I didnt find out until later. I was in my 30s. Mad props to all the great Moms out there. And, with Sandra Bullock, Ive been calling pretty much everything nowadays...'whattheactualfuck'. Your mom sounds like a very wise, kind and loving woman, and I'm glad that she's your mom. Don't apologize for not recording as much as you normally do. You're under a lot of stress. You need a breather. Moving absolutely sucks. Packing takes 3 times as long as you anticipate, you end up discovering you have at least twice as much as you thought you had, and when you realize the costs of just buying packing materials... oof. Hang in there, J. I can't imagine what it's like trying to move in these temperatures. If there's a bright side, at least it's not Death Valley hot, where it's supposed to reach 130 F on Sunday. There's an unwritten rule in the household universe that states: For Every Sock Lost in the Dryer, Two Hangers Will Replace It. (I also don't know how I got so many hangers in my home.) You're a Good Dood for choosing a home that suits the babies. They will love the new balcony. Sending you good vibes! Tip: when you move in, place pennies in the window sills. It's a way to usher good fortune into your new home. :)

My mom had stomach cancer and has had two strokes and like you, my mom is my best friend and would be lost without her. I know it's hard to talk about but if you ever need a shoulder to cry on or just to vent, just know we are always here for you. We are family and we are here for each other in good times and bad. Then I moved again in September about 30 minutes away (had to get away from HOA). Hopefully this is my final house lol. I wouldn't worry about people being mad about posting LOTR again. Hell, you're moving! What do they expect?! Just get yourself situated in your new home and when you are ready then you'll react to movies again. I have been using this time to watch previous movies you have reacted to because otherwise I would never get to them. I hope your move goes smoothly and maybe we can get a tour once you are unpacked and all settled in. Take care and enjoy your first night in your new home.

Dog-safe, clean, and kills em on contact for some reason. Flys and ants too. The soap messes up their tiny nervous system or sumthin. I dunno. It works.

I guess I get attached to things a lot. Always been that way . I wish you well on the move JL. You've been a major positive uplifting bright shining light in my life when I couldn't find it anywhere else. I run a Pop Warner football league here in the Fall so I dont get to chat on here much during this time, but I'm always catching up at night when I get home. And it's much needed. Enjoy the new place!
