I had never seen this movie before and it absolutely BLEW ME AWAY. This was utterly magnificent. Loved watching alongside J (really great reaction) and THANK YOU to everyone who voted for this. I probably never would've checked it out if not for this channel. What a gem.

I'm a straight dude who *really* digs women's fasion! It certainly appeases me at times! Corsets are uncomfortably hot (literally, as Echo pointed out 🤗)! To answer your question...a girdle is a modern day torture device that women use to hold in their fat so they look smoother and slimmer under a dress. Even skinny women wore them. It basically is a long tube that runs from about the underboob area down to below the butt made of tight spandex that squeezes you all day while you sweat inside of it. Thankfully, by the time I got old enough to wear one they fell out of fashion. I'd have been like Idgie with her dress and ripped it off while climbing a tree if I had been made to wear one!
