2023-11-19 03:37:44 +0000 UTCI'm so sorry for your issue. Don't fear a CAT scan. I've done so many. But also, as a pharmacist your Dr can prescribe something to keep you calm. But I pray your ear improves with just antibiotics. All of us are with you backing you up!! Love you!

2023-11-11 17:39:56 +0000 UTCHope things clear-up for you very soon. I’ve dealt with ear issues all my life so I sympathize. Have you thought about using bone-conducting headphones as a temporary alternative? They would probably require less cleaning since they don’t cover the ear and may not pound as hard on the eardrum.

I have to have a CT scan every 6 months on my lungs so if I were you I wouldn't worry about the scan so much. Unless you have to do it over and over again you shouldn't get much exposure. Hope everything works out in the end. Peace!
