When this came out I was like 8 or 9 and growing up disabled (not autistic) and having a brother that was always too busy for me, it really hit me hard. It's one of those movies that is foundational in my life and I always watch it when it's on. Also, I totally agree with you on Tom Cruise. I spent 5 years working on an ambulance and I had to hold back every time I ran into "ain't sh*t" people that treated their mentally challenged relatives like Charlie did to Raymond. Thanks again for watching this one!

I would be remiss if I didn't tell you he's one of those actors you should definitely check out more of his movies. Kramer vs. Kramer is certainly a good movie of his, if you were to ask my opinion :)

The name of the Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers film shown in the movie is called The Barkleys of Broadway. You should try out some of Astaires movies just for the dancing and the music. #3. You did indeed crack a joke, when Raymond farted in the phone booth you said he crop dusted him.
