I gave it a 6. While I *love* the Garak/Bashir relationship, I found this particular episode rather dull. It was too much like other episodes of Trek (eg. "Suddenly Human") without enough of a spin to make it engaging. There were great moments and the acting was excellent, hence the 6. Not one I would choose to rewatch, though.
