In Odo's opening Security Officer's log he complains about Sisko making him do the log because Human's have a compulsion to keep records and lists and files. Didn't Odo "work" for the Cardassians? They were the consummate record keepers. We learned all about the Cardassian's meticulous record keeping a few episodes ago in the episode entitled Cardassians. I assume the Cardassian obsession with keeping records was modeled off the Nazi's penchant for record keeping. Is Odo calling Starfleet Nazis?
