Upcoming Releases for 2023/2024
Added 2023-09-09 02:22:07 +0000 UTCThe past few months it has been really exciting to finally see Metal Mercs start to come into its own. I also want to once again thank everyone who's been contributing to this project either as a Patron, supporter, or just by playing and helping spread good word of mouth about the game. As I've mentioned several times, I have big plans to expand the game in the coming months and wanted to share a tentative schedule of upcoming releases with you guys (all dates subject to change of course but I'm optimistic these are all doable).
As you can see, the next few updates are going to continue to focus on releasing more playable factions. However, by the end of 2023 I'm hoping to re-introduce the arena world of Metal Mercs, to provide a new set of gameplay modes beyond just taking contracts. As well, in 2024 the final playable faction of the Core will be released, and a new mode and era known as the Great Expedition. There's even more in the pipeline but this is all I'm ready to announce for now. With each new release will also come continued improvements to the game, refinements to gameplay, and other fixes and additions. So be sure to keep an eye out for livestreams and announcements here.
