Mirai: A Celebration of Moments

It's here! Thank you all as always for your patience while I pulled this one together, there were a lot of unexpected disruptions last month and I really wanted to take the time to make sure I got the video right.

This was honestly a bit of a scary project as my relationship with this film is such a personal one. I put a lot of thought into what form exactly the video should take and am really thrilled with how it ultimately turned out. It ended up being a slightly more experimental piece for me in a lot of ways and was also one of those videos where I got to do some of the more reflective, almost journalistic writing I really enjoy. There are hints of things I've done with other videos in here, but hopefully it feels like something new and refreshing, as it certainly did for me making it. As an aside, apologies also for not managing to get last month's podcast up yet -- I did indeed end up ill again and didn't have much of a voice left to record with, but it will be up this week!
