January Patreon Request

We are still going to be going monthly Patreon Request this year, and I've updated the form slightly. So do read the rules again I'd you haven't done so before filling it out Patrons.
There is no specific theme this time around.
Forms are DUE on the 23rd January
The stream will be happening the 26th of January at the usual time of 7-9 pm EST
