PS: Wow I'm so happy with Spurtie's hero costume. It's the exact right mix of realistic and what I would've wanted my costume to look like fresh out of middle school. (without the petticoats and frills of course)

Yes! Both are able to control the body in either form. Inota's quirk is being able to change them back into a human! They need each other for it to work 🥰
