Old D-Ranks now getting chapters again

The Old D-Rank tier is now getting chapters again, starting with 81. 10%. It's now synced with the new D-ranks.

Unfortunately, Patreon doesn't send e-mails when I just change a post's access to other tiers. There is an option to notify people about changes to the post, but it sends emails to everyone and feels too much like spam. A good option is joining the Discord server. I ping some roles there when I update the chapters here. You can choose whether you want to be pinged or not, so no worries about excessive notifications.
