But I will keep the " Diaries Catalog" .So you can still find them from the links.

You could make a dropbox folder for each charackter, even those that aren't finished and just add the new pages afterwards. there is also the possibility of making them into subfolder and divide the main folders in franchises like naruto, persona,....
