Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, everyone!

Thank you very much for supporting my work, and for staying despite the choppy schedules and the ups and downs. My Patreon is far behind others in terms of releases, especially consistency, and I’m not the most interactive or present author, so I appreciate that you’re here despite all that. Also, you don’t pressure me or make any fuss. I know that some Patreons have issues, but we’re very peaceful here.

No beating around the bush, Patreon is mainly for financially supporting creators, and your financial support has been a very big help since I started Patreon. I was able to quit my full-time job and work part-time so I could write stories. That was a life-changing moment that couldn’t have happened if not for your financial support. My stories were able to continue because of you.

Still, I’m only a small Patreon author. My works aren't “meta” and my release schedule leaves much to be desired. I also don’t market my works, if you’ve noticed. I don’t do review swaps or advertise anywhere. And so, I have to continue working.

Issues in work and other life matters interfered with my writing this past year 2023. I’m not making excuses for the scant releases. What I’m saying is that I’m not burnt out writing at all. The problems are factors external to writing, which means if I overcome them, I can write just fine. Of course, that’s easier said than done, and there’s no easy solution to everything.

What I can promise is that I’ll be here, and will be continuing to write this 2024.

We have skipped December billing, and it will automatically turn back on this month (if I didn't mess up anything). As I have stated in the previous announcement, I’ll be bringing Getting Hard (Journey of a Tank) | Royal Road chapters here. I’ll start posting them tomorrow. 

Getting Hard is a LitRPG, though it isn't the OP MC type you may be familiar with. It's focused more on the characters and personal development since I specialize in those. Its main character is a narcissist with a comedic side, who is more than meets the eye deep down. 

Though you may not be a fan of that genre, I'll appreciate it if you give it a try. Today, I'll start writing the next chapters for all of my stories, so we’ll have progress soon.

I foresee a lot of challenges this new year. I’m not sure of how I’ll face them, but what I’m sure is that I’ll continue writing. Thank you in advance for your continued support in this writing journey. I wish our small community a healthy and prosperous 2024.
