I imagine beauty of that degree exacts quite a price (if itβs even attainable), and Iβm pretty sure I value a personβs mind far more than their body. You canβt make up for a repulsive personality, or bigotry. That being so, your work is quite nice to fantasize over, and Iβm thrilled you up in depth here and there. Itβs that stuff that I like to imagine for my future; continuing to grow my self acceptance, making connections, and learn to embrace who I am without reserve (while continuing to mature of course). I didnβt have any examples of that growing up, and certainly never saw examples of happy or successful gay men, so my future is as much of a fantasy as my fantasies are at times. Thankfully weβre getting more examples tho. Actually, its been very exciting to see you pursuing your passions and living freely, so thank you for that!!! π

Lifeβs been crazy, but your works is a grand oasis. Thereβs beauty, nuance, and connection where it is profoundly lacking in the day to day. It might be weird to say it gives me something to look forward to in my own future, but I kinda think it dose. The passion you put into your work is something I long to find. Plus they guys you draw are downright mind-blowingly HAWT, so thatβs definitely got me looking forward with anticipation.

I'm completely THRILLED you're enjoying this opening so much, especially as I'm aware it's not at all what people were expecting. But I never like to do the expected, and it can be fun to explore all these different facets of the story. π I also really love that you appreciate the relationship details I'm writing into the episode. Isaiah has indeed grown over the past few years, and it's so important to me to show how beautiful his relationship with Deimos and Flores is. It's genuine love between men, and showing that means the world to me because I believe it's a powerful and very valuable thing in this world. There is so much to this intro! This relationship is INSANE!!! Weβve been getting to see Isaiahβs growth with each issue and it is LIFE!!!
