That's strange Thomas. I'll have Fraser look into this for you when he gets back Monday. Meanwhile, you can always try re-downloading a copy from the original post I shared last month. The book shouldn't have a permissions watermark on it, and hopefully, that's just something to do with the PDF viewer. Anyhow, Fraser will be in touch! Thanks, my friend! XOXO
