Not super traumatizing but also not too low-key. I hope you guys enjoy this one. I had the AC on in the background, and while I usually remove all background noise, I decided to leave that sound in this time as I thought it might be relaxing? I sleep really well, personally at least, with the sound of my humidifier, or a fan or the AC on in the background.
