Coming up... HALLOWEEN! And an update!

I hope you're all doing well and enjoying the end of September!
I wanted to give you all a little update on my Herniated Disc situation.
I've been following my Doctor's and my Physiotherapist's instructions, doing numerous stretches and exercises designed to help with the healing process. I was warned this would be a long healing process, but I'm happy to report that after two weeks, I'm finally starting to see some progress.
I'm still in pain, but it's become far more manageable. I'm sleeping a little more comfortably now, and I'm able to walk for longer periods of time again.
Of course, I've been forced to take a good hard look at my lifestyle habits, and how much I work. Apparently, I work too much, and for too long at a time! Who knew? LOL! So I'm modifying how much time I spend drawing a being very careful to keep a healthy posture while drawing, so as not to aggravate my back further/again or cause further injury. Nobody ever told me that being an artist could be so hazardous to one's health! HA! HA!
I want to thank you all for being so kind and understanding with me this past month as I've had to slightly modify how I look at Patreon. Also, I greatly appreciate you sticking by me through this difficult time. Physiotherapists are NOT cheap, and your very kind pledges have helped me to pay those mounting bills. I'm deeply grateful!
Meanwhile, next month is OCTOBER -- GLORIOUS OCTOBER -- and that means HALLOWEEN! WAH-HOO!!!
As always, I plan to enjoy and explore the themes of ALL HALLOW'S EVE to the fullest in my art, and I have some deliciously SPOOKY and RAUNCHY things in store for you! Heh! Heh! I hope you'll STICK AROUND because I think we're going to have a lot of fun together next month.
Again, my sincerest thanks for your continued concern and support. It's meant a lot knowing you're all here wishing me well and encouraging me as I do my darndest to recover from this stupid injury. You guys are the VERY BEST, and I'm gonna do everything in my power to give you a SPOOKTACULARLY FUN OCTOBER you won't soon forget! Mwah-Ha! Ha! Ha! XD

As for doing exercises and stretches, I completely agree with you -- or at least, I agree with you NOW that I've seen FIRST-HAND how beneficial they can be and how important they are to our physical well-being when we work sitting for long periods of time. I`m glad you are doing better man, I haven`t written you yet, but be sure that I read all your posts, and that I wished you a fast recovery since day one! This reminds me why I do stretches now and then, and also some hanging exercises on my pull-up bar via hands and knees like a bat from time to time, since I have a Job that requires a lot of computer work as well. Also thanks for all the artworks last month, they were all awesome! Take care!
